Your request has a reference. Nothing has been charged and nothing has shipped.
Stage 2
Qualified and quoted
Buyer qualification is reviewed, then a written quotation covering price, shipping, and tax is issued.
Stage 3
Accepted and dispatched
Once you accept the quotation in writing, the order is scheduled and documentation is issued with the shipment.
