Every order ships with the certificate of analysis for the lot you receive.

Documentation access

Every shipment travels with its paperwork, and every document can be retrieved again afterwards. Certificates are matched to a lot, not to an order.

Documents are not downloadable from this catalog yet

The records in this catalog are placeholders, and no signed document corpus sits behind them. Rather than serve a generated PDF with invented analytical results — which would be a fabricated evidentiary document, not a marketing asset — every document routes to a request handled by a person.

Retention and re-issue

Lot records are kept so that a certificate can be re-issued long after the material has been consumed — which is exactly when an auditor tends to ask for one. A re-issued certificate carries the same content as the original; it is not regenerated from current data.

If you hold material whose label has become illegible, contact the documentation team before using it. A lot number that cannot be read cannot be matched to a certificate, and material that cannot be traced should not be relied on for work that needs traceability.

How material is released in the first place is set out in quality standards.
